By consciously changing and deepening breathing, as well as using specific music and body work, greater connections can be recognised and blockages can be removed within this intense experience process. The subject for the evening is oriented according to your concerns and/or will arise from the moment.

Condition: readiness to become involved in a deep internal process. Good physical and psychological constitution.
