Relaxation and meditation

With active and still relaxation, perception and meditation techniques we find access to a relaxed and attentive attitude. Our self-confidence can be strengthened and inner blockages can be removed.

The subject for the evening can arise intuitively out of the moment and serve as a starting point for own „exploratory expeditions“.

Background knowledge is not necessary.
